Store settings

“Store Settings” is where you set every fact about your store: its name and link, address and hours, contact numbers and selling rules. Each tab saves on its own, so editing one section never disturbs another.

On this page

1.Where to find the settings

  1. Open “Settings” from the dashboard sidebar.
  2. Choose “Store Settings”.
  3. Pick the tab you need, edit, and press save before moving to another tab.

Under the same “Settings” menu you will also find the “Danger Zone” — pausing the store temporarily or requesting its permanent deletion, decisions that belong to the owner alone.

2.Store identity

Here you set the customer-facing store name, the store link (English letters, numbers and hyphens), and the timezone that drives your order and hours schedule. Your legal details live here too: legal name, tax number and commercial register.

Your store trades in Egyptian pounds (EGP) — the currency is fixed on the platform.

3.Address, hours and availability

  • Address & location: governorate, city, area, street and building number, plus a Google Maps link for your spot.
  • Business hours: set the open days and periods per day, or 24 hours.
  • Store availability: pause order-taking temporarily while closed or slammed, without shutting the whole store.

4.Contact numbers and links

  • A primary number, a support number and a WhatsApp number, plus a notification email and a customer-facing email.
  • Invoice settings: a message shown at the bottom of your invoices.
  • Store links: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp and Google Maps, plus any custom link you like.

5.Notifications and selling & checkout

The “Notifications” tab picks the events you get alerted about — from a new order through delivery and cancellation. The “Selling & Checkout” tab sets the selling and payment rules active in your store.

6.How your store appears in search

Your store’s search-result title, description and share image are set from the “SEO” page in the sidebar. These fields are what Google shows and what appears in the link preview when someone shares your store on WhatsApp or Facebook. Left empty, the store falls back to your name and hero copy automatically.
