Your store numbers & reports
YallaBuy has no single crowded reports page — it has three screens with clear jobs: the overview for live monitoring, analytics for understanding and comparison, and finance for the formal statement. This guide shows you how to read each one.
On this page
1.The overview: live numbers
The moment you open your dashboard you see the current period: “Total sales” net of refunds, “Net profit” after cost, expenses and refunds — with gross profit alongside — plus “Total orders” and “New orders” waiting for your confirmation.
- One-tap periods: today, last 7 days, last 30 days — or a custom from/to range.
- The new-orders inbox brings in orders the moment they arrive, for confirmation and prep.
2.Performance analytics & best sellers
Under “Analytics & Best Sellers”, the performance analytics page gives you: net sales, counted orders (completed or delivered only), average order value, net profit and its margin, your new versus returning customers, and the refund rate — every figure compared with the equal previous period.
- Sales by channel: how much each sales channel contributes to orders, net sales and profit.
- Top products by quantity, with a “high-selling, low stock” signal for items selling fast on thin stock.
- Top categories by margin, plus a compact financial summary for the selected period.
- The “Best sellers” page goes deeper: rank by quantity or revenue and open any product to see its profit.
3.Finance & the profit & loss statement
The “Finance & Expenses” page is your store’s authoritative P&L: realized sales, then cost of goods sold, then operating and administrative expenses by category, down to realized net profit and its margin — from day one of trading.
Log your operating expenses from the expenses tab with their category and description so the statement stays complete.
4.Where the profit number comes from
Net profit = sales, minus refunds, minus cost of goods sold, minus expenses. The cost of goods is fed by the cost prices you record on products and when receiving stock in inventory — data private to you, never visible to customers.
