Creating your first store

Creating a store on YallaBuy is a short three-step wizard: your account, the store setup, then the plan and launch. This guide walks you through each one.

On this page

1.Three steps to launch

  1. Create your account on the signup page with your email and a password.
  2. Set up the store: name, business type, store link and WhatsApp number.
  3. Pick your plan and press launch.

You can go back to any earlier step and change things freely — the store only launches once you have picked a plan and confirmed.

2.Step one: your account

Enter your email and choose a strong password: at least 12 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a digit. A checklist lights up as you type. After signing up, a confirmation email arrives — open the link to continue setting up your store.

3.Step two: store setup

Write your store name and pick ONE business type from the list: General Retail, Fashion & Clothing, Shoes, Eyewear, Gifts & Gift Boxes, Electronics, Restaurants & Cafés, or Digital Products. The business type shapes your plan options and dashboard tools — opening another line of business later means building another store for it.

Enter the store’s WhatsApp number: exactly 10 digits without the country code. This number reaches your customers inside your store as a way to contact you.

Choose your store link: English letters, numbers and hyphens, up to 60 characters. The page verifies the link is available before you continue, and customers will find your store at yallabuy.app/store/your-link.

4.Step three: the plan and launch

Pick a plan level from the levels of your business type — the names change per type, like “Retail Start” and “Retail Store” for General Retail. Level one is free forever; paid levels start with a 14-day free trial and no upfront payment.

Before launching you review a summary: name, link, business type, plan and the expected payment date after the trial. Press launch and your store goes online, taking you straight into the dashboard.

5.After the trial: what happens?

If you are on a paid level and the 14 days end without payment, the store moves down to the free level automatically — losing nothing: your products, orders and settings stay exactly as they are, and you can upgrade again at any time.

6.After the launch

  • Complete your store details in “Store Settings”: address, hours and contact numbers.
  • Upload your first products and give them categories.
  • Shape your storefront from “Online Store” and pick your theme.
