Discount codes, offers & bundles

Offers in YallaBuy are one engine running across your online store and POS alike: a code you hand to the customer, an automatic promotion that works by itself, and bundles that lift the basket. This guide covers all three, plus tracking how they perform.

1.The marketing & discounts page

“Marketing & Discounts” opens an overview of the offer engine across your store and point of sale: discounts granted in the period, orders attributed to offers, their average basket, code redemptions, and the count of active codes, promotions and bundles.

Below sits the offer performance table: uses per code or offer, qualified orders, unique customers, total discount and net — deepest discount first.

2.Creating a discount code

  1. From the coupons page press “New discount code”.
  2. Type the code yourself or auto-generate one, then pick the discount type — a percentage or a fixed amount — and its value.
  3. Set the conditions: minimum order, total usage limit, and an optional start and end date.
  4. Decide whether the code may stack on top of an active automatic offer, then save.

The code is ready to share immediately — press it in the list to copy. Every redemption is recorded in offer performance, and a code with redemption history is archived rather than deleted when you remove it, keeping its history intact.

3.Validation at checkout

The code is validated the moment the customer pays, in the online store and the POS alike: the dates, the minimum order, the usage limit and the stacking rule. An invalid or expired code rejects itself with a clear message — no action needed from you.

4.Automatic promotions — no code needed

Automatic promotions apply to the customer’s cart by themselves, on the storefront and the POS alike: a percentage or fixed amount off the whole cart, off specific items, a discount when buying a set quantity, or free delivery once the condition is met.

5.Buy X get Y bundles

BXGY bundles lift the basket: buy a set quantity of one product or group and get another product free or discounted. There is also the fixed combo bundle — a set of products for one price.
